Description : School Nutrition - Technology Technician
JOB SUMMARY : Under limited supervision, the Technology Technician will oversee the integration and maintenance of the hardware and software systems unique to school cafeteria operations. Serving as the initial point of contact, this professional excels in receiving and addressing reported issues, interpreting end-users' concerns, and effectively conveying solutions. In addition to being the first responder, the Technology Technician performs a range of tasks, including ensuring accurate inventory, setting up equipment, conducting diagnostics, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. This multifaceted position is instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of UCPS School Nutrition technical systems.
Minimum :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of Information Technology experience in PC desktop support
