Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities, including classroom management, organizing materials, preparing instructional resources, and providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Instructional Assistance: Support students in understanding and completing assignments.
- Student Supervision: Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other non-instructional periods as needed, maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
- Collaborative Planning: Work with teachers to implement lesson plans, gather materials, and adapt instructional activities to meet individual student needs.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and assisting in maintaining accurate records of student performance.
