Content Manager, Products & Innovation
ABM’s Product, Partnership, and Innovation team is at the forefront of shaping the organization’s future, driving initiatives that define where we aim to be within 2–3 years. We collaborate with Technology, Business Units, Procurement, and Marketing to identify, pilot, and scale transformative ideas. The Content Manager for Products & Innovation will play a key role in creating and managing content that supports the team’s initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement across the organization and with clients. This includes managing an innovation collaboration site and producing a variety of content such as white papers, QBR slides, and monthly email updates.
We are looking for an experienced and creative content professional who can effectively capture and communicate the value of our products and innovation activities. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the organization’s innovation initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to produce impactful and engaging content.
Pay : $90,000 - $100,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You will also be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaboration Platform Management : Manage and maintain an innovation collaboration site, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Engagement : Work closely with team members across Products, Partnerships, and Innovation to gather insights and translate them into compelling content.
- Strategic Communication : Develop and execute communication strategies to promote innovation activities and engage stakeholders across the organization.
- Brand Alignment : Ensure all content aligns with ABM’s brand standards and effectively represents the team’s mission and objectives.
- Metrics and Reporting : Monitor the effectiveness of content and communication strategies, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
