Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary
The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our nursing home facility. This position will oversee the day-to-day activities of the facility, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage the staff and resources of the nursing home.
Nursing Home Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor operational performance of the nursing home, develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and other health care providers
- Monitor and manage budget, ensuring financial stability of the facility
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluation
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
