What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Sales Representative position at Union Gospel Mission Association of Spokane?

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for managing the online presence of UGM and building online relationships with our donors and customers. This position will be responsible for the marketing of UGM Motors vehicles and other donations, including programs and campaigns in IDMS/Dealer fire, Hammer, etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Result Area #1: Online Customer Service Representative
- Online Communication: Respond to all online inquiries as soon as possible during normal work hours and convert to leads for Sales Associates. This includes but is not limited to: Facebook Market place, Website, Craigslist, Facebook Messaging and any other form of lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to positive online reviews and forward negative reviews to Sales Manager to respond.
- Answering phones as secondary responder or as the in-store traffic or supervisor requires.
Key Result Area #2: Backup - In-store Customer Service
- Sell vehicles – cars, trucks, ATV’s, motorcycles, RV’s and misc. items.
- Meet sales goals, quotas and expectations; maintain systematic customer tracking and follow up.
- Share the message and purpose of the Union Gospel Mission with donors and customers verbally and online in an effective manner.
- Test drive vehicles with customers.
Key Result Area #3: Administrative
- Vehicle prep (data entry) – update vehicle sales data and information into DealerCenter and post to Available status.
- Monitor website, Craigslist, Facebook Market Place for accuracy and proper representation of the product and UGM
- Monitor website and all online statistics – prepare weekly/monthly report for Motors leadership.
- Prepare 2-A-Day and Production reports.
- Back up Sale/Licensing document preparer.
Key Result Area #4: Marketing
- Develop Facebook presence by posting 2-3 times a week any positive happening at Motors (ex: unique sales and stories).
- Creative development of website; create a routine of regular changes to the face of the website working in conjunction with Marcom.

- Christ-like attitude is evident while instructing men, women, and youth volunteering and training in the Motors facility.
- UGM standards have been exemplified by appearance, attitude, and in a well-maintained workstation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
(Education and/or Experience)
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of All-Data, internet searches, Carousel, Microsoft Office related products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
