What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Assistant Principal position at Union Grove ISD?
Education/Certification:
Master's degree in educational administration
Texas mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate
Certified instructional supervisor and appraiser in (T-TESS)
Qualifications:
Classroom teachering experience; campus administration experience preferred, masters' degree from accredited university, valid Texas teaching certificate & principal certification, Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System (T-TESS), excellent organizational & communication skills, ability to oversee personnel & manage student discipline.
Direct and manage the instructional program and supervise operations at the Elementary Campus (PK-6) school level. Provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Direct the implementation of district policies and instructional programs and manage the operation of all campus activities.
