Deli Manager
To effectively direct and supervise the activities of all Deli Department personnel to achieve the sales and profit goals establilshed for the department; to ensure that work shifts of all department personnel contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Duties & responsibilites include but are not limited to, enforcing store rules and company policies; maintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times;adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil codes and full compliance with applicable laws; receiving, inventory, ordering, merchandising, bookkeeping, routine maintenance, housekeeping and sanitation standards compliance, safety usage of deli slicers, knives and other operational equipment, in addition to physical requirements that may include lifting up to 70 lbs., standing, sitting, use hands, climb ladder to retrieve inaccessible items, stocking coolers and freezers, adapt to work environment with occasional exposure to temperatures of freezer items below 20 degrees Fahrenheit;exposure to high heat temperatures near heated ovens and fryers.
