General Maintenance Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintains all outside entrances, grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Operates motorized and hand operated yard equipment necessary to perform job duties.
- Analyzes, anticipates, and, if necessary, takes immediate corrective action on potential problem conditions,
- Services and cleans equipment used to carry out job duties.
- Assists in keeping the garage department and tools clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record with no traffic violations.
- Ability to operate different vehicle types including manual transmission.
- Experience in lawncare and some knowledge in mechanical and electrical power equipment
- Functional grasp of standard written and verbal English and basic math.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible in schedule to meet the demands of the department.
