Supports co-workers and patients with courtesy and cooperation. Shows initiative, adaptability, and dependability in relationships. Consults Charge Nurse, maintains confidentiality, follows care principles. Safely transports patients, assists in procedures, ensures comfort. Maintains clean environment, follows hospital policy, assists co-workers. Seeks personal growth, adheres to duties, and completes assigned tasks.
