Patient Care Technician PATH Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Collaborate with RN staff to assess patients' needs and report concerns.
- Assist in developing and modifying care plans, prioritizing patient problems, and performing medical tasks.
- Provide patient education, follow policies, respond to emergencies, and act as a patient advocate while respecting rights and confidentiality.
- Evaluate interventions, maintain professionalism, and seek assistance when needed.

Program details:
- Will be directly hired to a specific unit.
- Required to attend a paid 3-week training program.
- Classes will occur Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
- Upon completion of the program, you will transition to 12-hour shifts.
- Must be certified in healthcare provider BLS upon hire.
