The Imaging Services department at Union Health is looking for an RN for the Terre Haute campus. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, fully committed to providing the highest quality health care experience and dedicated to supporting their team who work in a fast-paced environment.
The Imaging team consists of Xray, CT, MRI, General Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology. As a member of the Union Health Imaging team, you will play an integral role by assuring that services are provided within professional standards and organizational policies to assist patients who lean on the Imaging Services team for answers.

Essential Job Duties :
Collaborates with the physician or manager to determine needs of patients
Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
Contributes to plan of care for pre-defined patient problems.
Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.
Assists the physician with special procedures.
Qualifications :
Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program
Previous RN experience preferred
Outpatient Procedural Experience is preferred but not required
IR / Cath Lab Experience preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of vascular and non-vascular procedures
Knowledge of Radiation Safety
Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and adapt to patient volumes
Fast paced environment
Works well with others
Team player
License / Certification :
BLS certification
IN RN license
Successful completion of ACLS course.
Schedule :
1-2 Holidays per year on call
Day shift hours (hours could be subject to change in order to meet the needs of this department) 8 or 10 hour shifts available
Department hours are 630am-5pm, on call after normal business hours
Sat / Sun- On Call
On Call Hours Rotation
