HR Associate Essential Job Duties :
Anticipates activity flow in the office. Organizes individual work schedule in a systematic manner, taking into considerations priorities identified by the staff in the Human Resources Department.
Performs designated activities including personal computer and various other office equipment.
Assists Vice President of HR upon request as well as HR Manager.
Knowledgeable regarding hospital policy, procedures, and general information.
Maintains employee records with updated information and scans all documents pertaining to the employee's personnel records.
Picks up and distributes mail for HR department, orders supply for department.
Tracks earnings of employee-sponsored fund-raising events.
Maintains contract employment documents.
Schedule events atrium / 7th St bypass.
Copy files for attorney request.
Facilitate employee name changes
Education, Training & Experience
Excellent computer skills utilizing various software packages. Typing skills at 50 wpm necessary.
Course work in secretarial science or equivalent education of experience.
Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people.
Must be accomplished in written and verbal business communication.
At least one (1) yr secretarial experience.
