Marketing Specialist-Digital Operations
Essential Job Duties
- Monitoring social networking sites and interacting with customers, moderating online conversations, creating content and sparking discussion
- Digital performance reporting and insightful analysis clients to drive greater audience engagement
- Developing and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts to maximize campaign goals and objectives
- Creating and managing digital production schedules and content calendars
- Coordinates efforts with digital vendors and contract support
- Supporting other marketing functions as needed (i.e., signage coordination, event management and department representation)
- Aptitude for market research, analysis and campaign evaluation with the ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, radio/television/multimedia or government relations preferred.
- 5 years' experience in digital media required; healthcare/hospital marketing exposure strongly preferred
- Experience in the execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing programs and campaigns including CRM management
- Proven experience in writing, managing and publishing content for email, web and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of content.
- Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors
- Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail
