RN Details
Essential Job Duties :
Assessment : Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.
Planning : Collaborates on care plans, engages patients / families in goal setting.
Implementation : Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients based on diagnosis, surgery plan, post-op care, as well as precautions and risks.
Evaluation : Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.
Professional Conduct : Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.
Qualifications :
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
Must have active IN & IL RN license
Must have active BLS certification
License / Certification :
Indiana & Illinois RN license
BLS level of CPR certification is required.
