Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attends various meetings and trainings as needed
- Enters enrollment, attendance and activity data to maintain and update MyClubHub system
- Completes grant reporting requirements
- Supports Club Team and oversees execution of grants
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects enrollment, attendance and activity data from Club Two and affiliated extension sites to enter into MyClubHub system
- Delegates responsibilities of grant requirements and deliverables
- Submits grant reports to Club Director.
- This includes, but is not limited to Teen REACH & OJJDP grants
- Supervises Teen REACH Case Managers and OJJPD Case Managers.
- Seeks out and guides application process for mini-grant opportunities for Club Two and affiliated extension sites.
- Fills Club Team gaps as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Outstanding attendance and time management.
- Strong organization, communication and technology skills
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be currently enrolled in college or have taken some college courses
- Ability to utilize the MyClubHub system to maintain Club enrollment and attendance records, communicate well, demonstrate professionalism, engage the Club Team in meeting grant requirements and delegate responsibilities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Desire and ability to work with Club Team and students in grades 6-12
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance
- Good character, integrity, creativity and adaptability
- Enthusiasm, good judgment, patience and self-control
- Positive example for youths and peers in appearance, attitude and behavior
- Must participate in required trainings by the Club, County, State, and/or funders
