Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage programs, with a commitment to upholding high standards.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for guest satisfaction and a dedication to fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead hiring, training, and development efforts for all front-of-house staff.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to deliver a cohesive and elevated dining experience.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the face of Union League Café, fostering strong relationships with guests and the local community.
