What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Ambassador position at Union League Liberty Hill?
Position: Part time Weekend Security Ambassador
Reports to: Director of Operation
The following skills/requirements are a MUST:
· Exhibits professionalism, logical thinking, ability to perform tasks assigned during shift.
· Strong customer service experience
· Computer proficiency
· Excellent verbal skills along with a professional appearance and demeanor
· Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
· Valad Driver’s License.
· High School diploma preferred.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Patrols, inspect, and guards Liberty Hill to prevent fire, accidents, intrusions, theft, or other incidents which place personnel, members, or guests in jeopardy.
· Makes rounds as assigned. Is alert for and reports all violations of safety, fire, and security regulations. Submits written reports as required. Responds to all alarms. In case of fire, accident or other emergency situations, initiates and assists in methods of control, care of injured, evacuation, etc. and in every possible way, contributes to the protection of personnel, members, guest, and property.
· Greets and assists all members and Guest during your shift.
· Controls access for staff, members and guests. Screens and properly directs all visitors. Denies entry to individuals who lack proper identification or have no need to be on property.
· Inspects for company property being removed from the premises to ensure legitimacy.
· Responds to employee reports of theft, intruders in the building, locked doors, medical emergencies, etc. and takes necessary action. In carrying out responsibilities, may be required to apply techniques normally required of law enforcement personnel including crowd control, first aid application of CPR, etc.
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
· Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
