Job Title: Garage Cashier
Department: Parking/Transportation
Reports to: Parking/Transportation Director
Location: Midtown Garage
Hours: 4:00PM-12:00AM
Responsibilities:
- Greets members and guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Handles credit card transaction for transients and guests
- Handles member tickets billing and separating of tickets
- Receives and processes tickets for monthly passes
- Maintains all tickets as record for auditing purposes
- Files tickets systematically to ensure efficient retrieval of vehicles
- Reviews tickets for accuracy and member signature
- Computes receipt from tickets showing amount due/paid
- Keeps area clean
- Provide directions or general information
- Resolve customer complaints
- Answers phone is a friendly, customer service manner
- Handles schedule for car concierge service
- Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties are to be determined.
Requirements:
- Experience as a cashier is preferred
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superior communication skills
