As an Operations Administrator Intern, Here's What You'll Do:
The Operations Administrator Intern is responsible for providing clerical support to the Union Leasing operations groups (Purchasing, L&T, Remarketing, Maintenance).
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail
- Data entry (titles, violations, invoices, sale documents)
- Generate state title and registration application forms
- Prepare shipments for vehicle sales
- Scan and index documents
- Outbound calls to dealers and other vendors to obtain vehicle delivery/registration status
- Other duties as assigned
Note: Responsibilities include the expectation to always act to support the interests of the department and organization and to perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful achievement of departmental and company objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma
- Detail-oriented
- Familiar with Windows based operating systems
- Familiar with basic office applications (word processing, spreadsheet)
Physical Demands
Ability to operate in a professional environment and routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and printers
Compensation
The hourly rate for internship opportunities is: $17.50 to $23.50.
The hourly rate depends on factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and education level. This role is classified as non-exempt for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek.
