Epicor ERP Administrator

UMIC is seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail- and process-oriented professional to fill
the position of Epicor ERP Analyst. This individual is responsible for managing and maintaining
the company’s Epicor ERP version 10.1, acting as resident expert/advisor for business
integration with Epicor, and keeping the company moving forward with process improvement
and ERP support. This is a position withing our Information Systems functional area and reports
into the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ERP operations
• Maintain SQL database server and databases with 200 tables
• Maintain current customizations
• Develop user-requested customizations
• Maintain and develop SSRS reports
• Support the business improvement efforts through expansion of Epicor functionality andcapabilities

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in an ERP analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience managing Epicor ERP System in a discrete manufacturing environment
• Experience maintaining and upgrading ERP systems
• Superior customer-service skills
• Comfortable training users on ERP-related technologies and concepts
• Demonstrated strategic-planning skills
• Flexibility to perform numerous required tasks
• Work with MSP to maintain user experience
• Advanced ability to document processes within and outside of the ERP system
• Basic understanding of Finance, MES, Sales, Production, Shipping, Quality, and Scheduling modules

in Epicor

• Advanced knowledge of VB, C#, and SQL programming languages
• Ability to communicate effectively with both individuals and large groups in both verbal and written

form

• Ability to read technical manuals/instructions for equipment and software

Physical Demands / Work Environment

and hear; use their hands and fingers to handle objects, tools or controls; to reach with hands and
arms; to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or sit

• The employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 75 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close and distance vision, color determination,

peripheral vision, depth, and the ability to adjust focus

• While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts
• The employee frequently works in high, precarious places, is frequently exposed to fumes or

airborne particles

• The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration
• The noise level in the work environment is sometimes high but is usually low to medium.
