We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Quality Inspector with expertise in CWI, UT, PT, and MT Level II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS D1.1 standards and a strong commitment to quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials and products using Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) methods.
· Perform visual welding inspections in compliance with AWS D1.1 standards.
· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality reports.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
· Identify and report any defects or non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
· Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality and inspection procedures.
· Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in proper working conditions.
Qualifications:
· Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
· Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
· In-depth knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and specifications.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on inspection findings.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in the steel pole manufacturing industry.
