Job Description
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining safe and efficient railroad operations. You will conduct signal system testing and troubleshooting, as well as perform maintenance and repair tasks for signal communication circuitry and equipment.
You will also be responsible for:
- Utilizing troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve malfunctions in signal circuitry, equipment, and systems
- Assembling and disassembling signal crossing warning device equipment as needed
- Carrying out excavation work, including digging holes and trenches required for installation purposes
