What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Representative position at Union Park Honda?
We are seeking highly motivated individuals looking to pave a career in the automotive arena. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting our brand, as well as working with sophisticated machines that stand at the top of automotive sales. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for generating sales of new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective purchasers, maximizing dealership profitability, and most importantly, maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients
- Taking clients through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and demonstrations
- Negotiating deals with clients
- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead/client relations management (CRM) system
- Maintaining a thorough product knowledge of the entire brand lineup
- Personally delivering sold vehicles to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
- Conducting personal/business development and networking activities to generate sales

Prior auto sales or other sales experience is required.
Compensations and Benefits
- Salary, Commission and bonuses - top performers earn up to $90,000
