We are seeking a Buick / GMC pre-owned Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned Buick or GMC vehicle to meet their needs. The client advisor will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with clients, and guide them through the sales process.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting pre-owned Buick or GMC vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Provide pricing information and negotiate sales to close deals effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Buick / GMC products, features, and accessories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.
