About the Role
As the Environmental Compliance Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and implement environmental compliance programs to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as a key liaison with regulatory agencies, businesses, and local government entities.
- Lead investigations of unusual wastewater discharges and ensure regulatory enforcement.
- Manage the City of Fremont Clean Water Program contract and other environmental initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to your team.
- Prepare reports, present findings, and recommend policy updates to management and the Board of Directors.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least five years in industrial waste inspection, regulatory compliance, or wastewater management, including one year in a supervisory role.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and regulatory knowledge, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and agencies.
Passion: A commitment to environmental stewardship and public service.
