To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. You should also possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
The ideal candidate will have experience in O.D., I.D, and Infeed grinding, as well as knowledge of gauging equipment for holding close tolerances. They will also be required to set up and use micrometers, dial bore gages, snap gages, profilometers, sin bars, and other equipment.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
