Position Title : Director of Culinary
Reports To : VP of Cuilnary
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000

Job Summary
This Director of Cuilnary will implement and support the operational maintenance of all food related programs within their assigned region. They will also play a key role in the opening of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provides support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Assists in implementing corporate and regional programs based on Sector and Regulatory standards
- Identifies and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction
- Identifies and implements training programs to ensure high quality food and service at facilities
- Encourages compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
