Job Summary
This individual will provide assistance in the oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as one of the key liaisons with our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
- Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
- Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
- Oversees facility operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
