What You'll Do
- Run and oversee 4–5 concerts a week — be the backbone of every show
- Oversee venue maintenance and upkeep
- Manage staff — hiring, firing, scheduling, and handling interpersonal dynamics
- Create and maintain bi-weekly staff schedules
- Meet with upper management for direction and goals, a part of a larger network of venues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors — schedule appointments and ensure access to the venue when needed
- Conduct regular walkthroughs with the Operations team every 1–2 months
- A strong leader who thrives in high-energy settings
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Experienced in event operations, hospitality, or venue management
