Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Utilize barbering techniques and straight razor skills for precision cuts.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles.
- Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions as requested by clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
- Use salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that align with client needs.
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through ongoing education.
Skills
- Proficient in hair styling techniques with experience in barbering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail math to assist in sales strategies.
- Experience with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is a plus.
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and hair extensions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $22.42 - $26.79 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
