Position Summary
Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Essential Tasks
- Perform quality inspections on non-conformance goods.
- Run reports for expired inventory.
- Remove expired inventory.
- Create the proper transactions in the system.
- Communicate with Purchasing on inventory inaccuracies.
- Responsible for performing daily cycle counts.
- Reconcile the inventory.
- Responsible to clear negatives on hand daily.
- Responsible for taking care of partial cases in the warehouse.
- Return nonconformance goods to the vendor.
- Responsible for helping to achieve and maintain a 99% accuracy of inventory.

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Professional Experience
- One to two years of experience of Inventory Control working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with ERP Systems and Data Entry.
- Experience with DAX system is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
