Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Manager, Product & Lifecycle Marketing will be a key player in driving product adoption, engagement, and retention through strategic communication and education initiatives. This role bridges the gap between product development and customer success to ensure partners maximize value from the companys platform.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Communication
- Develop and execute product launch strategies and communications
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning
- Manage monthly performance recap communications across customer segments
- Produce explainer and training videos for new features
- Maintain product pages and learning center content
