Shift Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:45 PM – 11:45 PM
- Night Shift: 11:45 PM – 7:45 AM
About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and dedicated Part-Time Security Guards to join our team at a prestigious Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors within the community.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises for any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following community procedures.
- Enforce community policies and ensure a secure environment.
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with emergency response efforts when necessary.
- Report security concerns to the appropriate authorities and management.
Qualifications:
- Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain vigilant and professional at all times.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the shift rotation.
- Must be comfortable working independently and responding to emergency situations.
