What are the responsibilities and job description for the UnionMain Homes is hiring: Design Coordinator in Houston position at UnionMain Homes?
The Design Coordinator also supports prospective buyers in providing design center support, primarily over the weekend during peak ‘busy’ times or business hours. This position would be as needed and paid per appointment.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and structural and upgrade items at the community level.
- Assist clients with making selections to customize their home.
- Enter customer information / selections into Brix systems.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyers.
