Key Responsibilities:
As an Activity Assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to create an engaging and fun environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning & Facilitation: Work closely with the Activity Director to plan, organize, and lead daily events that promote physical, cognitive, and social engagement.
- Resident Enrichment: Design and implement activities that enhance residents' quality of life and encourage physical, mental, and social interaction.
- Safety & Fun: Ensure that participants are safe, engaged, and having a great time during activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of the staff to create a positive and stimulating environment for residents.
