Uniontown Nursing and Rehab is a compassionate and caring skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional Beautician to join our team and help our residents look and feel their best.

Job Summary:
The Beautician will provide haircare and grooming services to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. This includes shampoos, cuts, sets, styles, perms, and other basic beauty services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, shampoos, styling, and grooming services

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment

• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents

• Maintain appointment schedule and resident preferences

• Ensure compliance with state cosmetology regulations and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Valid state cosmetology license

• Must own your own shop and have proof of insurance

• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Ability to work independently in a professional manner
