As the Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinator , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth facility operations by managing resident records and maintaining essential medical supplies. Your responsibilities include :
Medical Records Management :
- Maintain, organize, and secure all patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Assist in audits and quality assurance processes
- Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure proper recordkeeping
Central Supply Management :
What We're Looking For :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Previous experience in medical records, central supply, or healthcare administration preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and SNF regulations a plus
