Athletic Trainer Substitutes
Location: Unionville High School and/or Patton Middle School
Afternoon and evening hours
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Daily athletic training coverage of various events within the district. The Athletic trainer may need to work independently or in conjunction with full-time district athletic trainers depending on demands of athletic schedule.
Required:
Certification in good standing through the Board of Certifications (ATC)
Pennsylvania Licensure in good standing through the Department of State, Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Board of Medicine (LAT)
Clearances required for employment:
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114)
Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms. Candidates will receive information as necessary during the selection process.
