What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cheerleading - Head Coach (Fall & Winter) position at Unionville High School?
Unionville-Chadds Ford School District would like to welcome applicants for our UHS Cheerleading Head Coaching Position. There is a fall and winter supplemental available. The fall season focuses on football sideline cheerleading, and the winter season focuses on competition cheerleading and basketball sideline cheerleading. Additionally, this position is responsible for working with students interested as serving as the mascot.
We seek candidates who have a knowledge and passion for their sport, value sportsmanship and safety, and are committed to the development of their athletes and overall program on and off the field. Additionally, coaching candidates must have strong communication skills and display professionalism at all times.

Our teams and individual athletes are competitive on a local and state level, excel in the classroom, and participate in a variety of philanthropy and community service projects. Our coaches receive a highly supplemental salary as outlined by our Collective Bargaining Agreement, and are eligible for playoff pay and overnight stipends.
Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for the submission and processing of required Act 168 forms. Candidates will receive information as necessary during the selection process.
