What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Pediatric Nurse position at Unionville Pediatrics?
Looking for an energetic LPN to join our very busy and growing Pediatric Office!
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents
- Administer vaccines per office vaccine schedule
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms
- Triage phone calls from parents/patients on disease management, medication administration etc.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient information in the electronic health record system (Athena)
- Maintain a sterile processing environment to prevent infection transmission
Experience:
- Pediatric work experience preferred, not mandatory
