- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care processes in acute care and critical care settings.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a skilled workforce.
Skills
