Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Main purpose of the role is to assist all North American PDCs, Jaguar Land Rover Retailers, and the Customer Service Team with the investigation, adjudication and completion of returns or returns queries within the following main categories :
- Discrepancies
- Damage
- Exchange Units
- Buybacks
- Special Returns
The role will provide support to the PDCs and Customer Service Team including returns enquiry resolution and when necessary, will require direct interaction with the North American Jaguar Land Rover retailer network. This role works closely with operations and will require the routine review of standard operating procedures and suggestion of process improvements to PDC managers around returns processing
