Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Operations and Transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integration strategy to improve efficiencies, achieve margin improvements, enhance synergies, and unlock value across Uniphar US. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and transformational change across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for multiple companies, focusing on operational efficiencies, margin improvements, and sustainable synergies. Ensure seamless execution while maintaining business continuity.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all business units, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Drive ongoing operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Synergy Realization: Identify and leverage synergies across business units to enhance product capabilities, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
• Margin Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to improve margins through cost efficiency, process innovation, and strategic resource allocation.
• Change Management & Transformation: Lead transformation efforts, ensuring the organization adapts effectively to new structures, systems, and ways of working while fostering an innovative, growth-oriented culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Commercial, and other key functions to align operational and strategic goals, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
• Performance & Accountability: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and measure success across integration, transformation, and ongoing operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Maintain strong alignment with executive leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring organizational priorities are met.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and integration-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
• People & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth across all functions.
