Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute a global delivery strategy aligned with growth objectives. Build and scale high-performing teams to support large enterprise customers. Innovate service offerings to align with emerging AI trends and customer needs. Customer Engagement Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering strong relationships. Build scalable customer support frameworks to maximize satisfaction and adoption. Champion a customer-centric culture and proactive client communication. Operational Excellence Develop processes to ensure delivery excellence, timely execution, and cost efficiency. Lead large-scale SaaS and AI solution deployments across diverse industries. Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for optimal service delivery. Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, and R&D teams to align solutions with customer feedback. Support Sales in scoping, pricing, and proposal development for successful delivery outcomes. Represent Uniphore at industry events and client forums. Team Building Recruit, develop, and lead a global services team, including consultants, PMs, and engineers. Foster a collaborative, innovative culture focused on growth and learning. Business Growth Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions to enhance customer value. Qualifications: Experience 15 years in customer delivery, professional services, or related roles, with 5 years leading global SaaS teams. Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations with high impact. Expertise in crafting achievable statements of work and aligning timelines. Technical Acumen Deep understanding of SaaS delivery, enterprise IT, and customer success frameworks. Familiarity with AI/Generative AI solutions and industry trends. Leadership Skills Track record of building and managing globally dispersed teams. Exceptional ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Customer Focus Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and rapport with enterprise customers. Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and teams. Hiring Range: $235,700 - $324,100 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
