Job Description - Senior Product Manager, U-Assist
Uniphore is an Enterprise-class, AI-native company with a purpose to transform everything that impacts modern organizations, and to propel the planet's most engaging customer and employee experiences.
As Senior Product Manager for U-Assist you are responsible for product strategy and detailed roadmap, as well as market success of your product. You are part of a global Product Management team and report to the Director of Product Management, Real-Time Solutions.
Position location : Palo Alto, CA, USA
Responsibilities
- Layout short and long-term roadmap of the U-Assist offering
- Drive innovation and market leadership
- Own the new generation of U-Assist
- Own the end-to-end product management cycle from concept to market success, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with the Engineering and AI teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines.
- Prioritize business requirements and have these translated to product functional & technical requirements.
- Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story of your products.
- Track product pipeline and sales and analyze growth trends and obstacles.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement conclusions into the roadmap.
- Oversee product literature and Demos.
- Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meeting to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners.
- Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media.

Hiring Range :
169,800 - $233,500 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
