The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, branding, and experiential marketing, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. This role demands a strategic thinker who can turn concepts into compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with audiences.Responsibilities : Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborationConcept Development : Generate bold and unique ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, and experiential projectsClient Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand identity, translating their needs into creative solutionsProject Oversight : Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetQuality Control : Maintain high standards of design and creativity, providing constructive feedback to team membersTrend Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of creativityMentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members, fostering professional growthMinimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency environmentProven track record of successful project management and creative executionStrong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including branding, digital, and experiential workExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)Ability to inspire and motivate a team while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and a desire to lead a talented team, this sounds like the role for you, please click "Apply Now".
