Full time positions minimum starting pay is $18.11/hr, with top out in 18 months, higher starting pay considered with press experience. Want higher wages? Train and test to level up! Press A Class Technicians top out at $27.03/hr base pay.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate demonstrates basic reading, writing and math skills, has use of basic hand tools and the ability to work in an environment with constant noise, machine hazards, dust and odors. Must pass Die Set test, be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion and work shift while standing.
Perform Press Technician Die Set work as specified by Operator Work Instruction, including tasks such as maintain proper storage of dies, idle stations, sub-bars, blanks and skids; complete Die Set Check Sheets verifying correct set-up and TPM, preparation of press bolster prior to die set and ensuring correct and timely die changes on all press machines.
- Responsible for the safe operation of overhead cranes, forklifts and mobile die cart
- Conduct necessary inspections of overhead cranes and forklifts
- Must maintain crane and forklift operation certification
- Responsible for correct completion of die sets
- Responsible for returning dies to stock upon die maintenance or Kaizen repair completion
- Responsible for staging of dies for next press production run
- Ensure that all dies in need of repair are transported to the responsible department
- Observe and follow all Unipres safety rules and regulations
- Report any safety concerns and/or violations to immediate supervisor
- Report all work incidents or property damage immediately
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
