Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our first cafe in the US! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will work closely with the manager to implement policies and procedures, manage inventory, and ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to perform their best. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the cafe. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cafe.
Manage and train staff.
Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Manage inventory and order supplies.
Implement and enforce cafe policies and procedures.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.

Support Cafe Manager in scheduling staff shifts
Support regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Address any issues promptly.
Support the cafe manager in achieving business goals.
Foster and develop strong customer relationships.
Manage the cafe's financial performance.
Skills
Proven experience as a cafe supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Proficiency in using cafe software.
