Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Agent to join our team at UNIQLO. As a key member of our loss prevention team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive loss prevention programs across our stores.
Key Accountabilities:
- Training and Development: Deliver training sessions to store team members on loss prevention policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent and detect shoplifting.
- Loss Prevention: Work closely with the LP team to identify and implement effective strategies to prevent and respond to shoplifting incidents, ensuring compliance with company protocols and policies.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership teams and associates to promote trust, cooperation, and open communication, driving a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization.
- Internal Investigations: Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations to identify and address potential issues, ensuring a proactive approach to addressing risk and minimizing losses.
- Compliance: Ensure that store teams understand and adhere to shortage reduction strategies, taking a proactive stance in preventing losses and protecting company assets.
