About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Agent at UNIQLO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our stores and protecting our customers from theft and other forms of loss.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver engaging training programs to educate store team members on loss prevention best practices, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to prevent and detect shoplifting.
- Loss Prevention: Collaborate with the LP team to design and implement effective strategies to prevent and respond to shoplifting incidents, ensuring compliance with company protocols and policies.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with store leadership teams and associates to promote trust, cooperation, and open communication, driving a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization.
- Internal Investigations: Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations to identify and address potential issues, ensuring a proactive approach to addressing risk and minimizing losses.
- Compliance: Ensure that store teams understand and adhere to shortage reduction strategies, taking a proactive stance in preventing losses and protecting company assets.
